Camp Staff and Volunteer Opportunities

If you are interested in a paid staff or volunteer staff position, please complete our online application here! 

You will be notified via email whether you have been selected for an interview. If you are local, we prefer to schedule an on site interview with you. If you are not local, we will contact you to schedule a telephone or video interview at our earliest convenience. Candidates will be interviewed and selected by our Camp Management Team. Please make sure to review our 2022-23 Weekend Camp Dates Summer 2023 dates prior to applying for employment or for a volunteer position. Most summer positions require a commitment for the entire camp season to be considered.  

Once you have completed the application process and you have been interviewed, you will be notified as to whether or not you have been selected to join our Camp Idlewild Team. You will be provided with additional information that will need to be completed by a designated deadline. You will also be notified of any online training that will need to be completed prior to the start of Camp.
