Our facilities blend rustic charm with modern convenience, creating a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere for all guests.

Cabins

• Four custom-built cabins (12 guests each) for a total of 48 overnight guests

• Each cabin includes bunk beds and two full bathrooms

• Unlimited tent spaces for those who love to “rough it”

• Five full-hookup RV sites for families or guests seeking a glamping experience

The Main Lodge (5,000+ sq. ft.)

• Large gas fire ring (smokeless)

Weddings at Camp Idlewild

Your wedding day deserves a setting as unique as your love story. Camp Idlewild’s rustic outdoor charm and peaceful surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for ceremonies and celebrations of every size.

Main Lodge Wedding Packages

• Day use (up to 50 guests)

  • Monday–Thursday: $850

  • Friday–Sunday: $1,250

  • Includes exclusive use of camp property, tables, and chairs

Half-day and hourly rates are available (minimum two hours).

Outdoor Pavilion

• Up to 50 guests

  • Monday–Thursday: $600

  • Friday–Sunday: $750

  • Tables and chairs available upon request

Overnight Accommodations

• Lodging for up to 48 guests

• $45 per guest per night

Couples will receive a wedding planning questionnaire to help us understand your vision. Once completed, our wedding planner will reach out within 48 hours to begin shaping your perfect day. From planning to “I do,” Camp Idlewild is with you every step of the way.
